Privacy contact

For privacy questions or requests to remove your contribution, email privacy@mslivinglibrary.org. Include the page or story title so we can locate it. Please do not send medical records.

Reading preferences

Text size, theme and decorative-image preferences are stored in your browser. They are not sent to the content database. There are no advertising trackers in this implementation.

Contributions

When collection opens, journeys and suggestions will be stored privately for editorial review. A journey asks for a public display name, private contact email, title, text and explicit permission for review and publication. Suggestions can be sent without an email address.

Before publication

Nothing is published automatically. Contact email addresses and private review records must never appear in public pages or search. Do not upload medical records or identifying information about other people.

Withdrawal and retention

The launch policy must identify the operator, explain how withdrawal requests are verified, and define how long pending, rejected and published contributions are retained. Those details are not yet finalized, so contribution collection is disabled by default.

Service providers

The planned content editor is Sanity. Private contribution storage is Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact emails are handled by Zoho Mail; Resend is configured for future automated site emails. The final list of data processors and retention arrangements must be recorded before opening submissions.
